This OTA  is a little different from other OTA's. I will look at all types of offers, but prefer points and money as offers a lot more. ( For money, paypal only )
This ota will be similar to an auction, so whoever offers the highest amount for the design, gets it. Highest valued offer will be accepted in a week from now ( next sunday )
